The Annual Guisborough Town Council Best Dressed Window competition saw a high standard of entries this year with Daisy Bloom & Oh Abigail on Chaloner Street with their Swan Lake theme being judged as the Best Dressed Window by Guisborough Town Council Vice-Chair, Cllr Mrs Hazel Meynell and Guisborough Citizen of the Year, Heather Barker.
1st Daisy Bloom & Oh Abigail scoop Best Dressed Window prize
2nd place was awarded to SH Reily Optometrists on Chaloner Street and 3rd place was Willow Moon on Chaloner Mews.
All three award winners were presented with a certificate marking their achievement and a hamper purchased from No 30 Westgate.
The British Red Cross Shop and Guisborough Bookshop, also on Chaloner Street were awarded Highly Commended certificates for their splendid efforts.
Guisborough Town Council would like to thank all of this year’s entrants for their efforts to bring the Christmas spirit to the town’s shopping areas and very much hope they will be joined by even more entries for next year’s competition.
